Man Arrested in Drunk Driving Collision, Infant Involved

One passenger was taken to a hospital with injuries to his back and chest, he is expected to recover. The toddler was not hurt in the collision.
Pheng Vang, 21, has been arrested after crashing into a vehicle carrying two adults and an infant early Sunday morning. One of the passengers has been sent to the hospital with injuries. Vang was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
