POLICE: 25-year-old Killed By Teen Driving SUV

Police don't anticipate any criminal charges to be brought against the 17-year-old.

Bad road lighting might be a factor in a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred Monday on E. Skelly at approximately 9 p.m. when a 17-year-old driver collided with a young couple. The couple were both wearing dark clothes, and authorities say the lights were not working. Shane Simms, 25, was hit by the vehicle, but his companion was not injured.

this is just a tragic accident that affects a lot of people. I know he will be missed. 

So many questions and no answers , why wasn't the street lights on that could have left me more years to spend with my son and his 4 yr old daughter with her gather? It is so wrong to have to bury you child that you have protected all of there life . why p.s.o why ????????????
