1 person killed in single-vehicle collision in Tulsa County

They say Picard was not wearing a seatbelt. Troopers say the collision occurred about 4:35 a.m. in the city limits of Tulsa. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Sunday that John Virgil David Picard was pronounced dead at the scene of Saturday's crash. Troopers say Picard was partially ejected through a passenger side window. Picard was a passenger in a westbound pickup truck that left the roadway and collided with a large concrete sound barrier wall alongside.

McAlester Man Facing Manslaughter Charge After Tulsa Crash

Prosecutors have charged a McAlester man with first-degree manslaughter after a January 2016 crash on the Creek Turnpike.
