Police believe deadly hit-and-run suspect in Tulsa is targeting homeless people

Police say a man they believe is connected to two separate hit-and-runs in Tulsa, one of which left one man dead, is targeting homeless people.

The driver, described as a white male in his forties, was reportedly driving a white pickup and targeting pedestrians. Police later identified a suspect as Jeremy Thacker, 40.
