A 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling south on U.S. Highway 81 around 9:20 p.m. 2 miles north of Addington, Okla., when it went across the center line, crashing into a 2013 Toyota pickup, according to an incident report. The Chevrolet caught fire, and multiple people were pinned inside.
Remembering a friend lost in fatal accident
Daniel Garcia's family has started a gofundme account to raise money for funeral costs. As for the four survivors of that crash, we have learned all are now listed in fair condition, and are alert and talking in the hospital. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
