Preliminary investigation revealed that a Honda Pilot, operated by Jonathan Moore (29) of North Bend, was westbound when for unknown reasons crossed into the eastbound lane and collided with a Chevrolet Tahoe, operated by Kaci Baker (25) of North Bend.
