Around 4:50 a.m. Thursday, a 21-year-old Portland woman was westbound on Highway 20 about 1,000 feet north of the intersection Conifer Blvd. in a 2004 Toyota Sonata Minivan. Police say she drove off the highway for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a large tree.
