Preliminary investigation revealed a 2008 Honda CRV operated by Eugene Earl WEIGANT , age 92, of Waldport, was traveling northbound when it crossed the center line striking a 1994 Chevrolet Imperial Van operated by Tanner Benjamin DICKINSON, age 23, of Columbus, Ohio, head-on.
