Jacob Donovan Sperry, 20, killed, and Jakob Ryan Kesterson, 25, charged in collision between SUV and truck on Highway 18 in Fort Hill, Oregon
Fatal crash occurs on Highway 18 just east of Spirit Mountain Casino.
The fatality was confirmed via Yamhill Communications Agency radio traffic. One person was transported by ground ambulance to Salem Hospital.

Kesterson’s passenger, Jacob Donovan Sperry, 20, of Lincoln City, died from injuries he sustained in the crash, said Fugate, adding that police arrested Kesterson and lodged him at the Polk County Jail on charges of second-degree manslaughter and reckless driving.
