Keizer man killed in head-on crash
Investigators believe 32-year-old Paul Douglas Ingraham II, of Keizer, was speeding when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Caryn Jean Jennings, of Poulsbo, Washington.
