Gary Ramsey, Jr., 49, and Billy Yutzie, 67, killed in head-on collision between Jaguar and van on Highway 20 in Albany, Oregon

Gary Ramsey, Jr., 49, of Boring, was driving the Jaguar when it crossed the centerline on Highway 20 near Albany and collided head-on with a Dodge Van driven by Billy Yutzie, 67, of Albany. Both men died. Authorities believe Yutzie was not wearing a seat belt.
