The witness tells deputies that when the rear tractor tires started to spin, Jennings applied more throttle to the engine. That caused the front of the tractor to lift and flip over on top of her.

Doris Jennings, 47, died Tuesday after a tractor accident on private property in Lebanon, Oregon. Jennings was attempting to remove an oak tree by chaining the tree to the tractor. The witness, a 49-year-old man she was working with, said that when the rear tires began to spin, she throttled the engine, causing the tractor to flip and land on top of her. Jennings suffered head trauma and died at the scene.
