One dead, two seriously injured after head-on crash in Polk County
Police say two women, Ashlee Lewis, 23, and Cherlyn Lewis, 57, were driving south to deliver papers. Joshua Berry, 20, was driving in the opposite direction when, for an unknown reason, the two vehicles collided on the northbound shoulder, police said.
