St. Helens man killed in car crash Sunday morning
According to witnesses, Freeman was traveling at a high rate of speed westbound on Lombard Street prior to striking Horsey and crashing his vehicle, the press release states.
Horsey was struck one block east of where Freeman had crashed into the power pole, according to the release.
