Diana Miller-Dixon, 58, of Portland died after a Volkswagen Jetta, who police say was driven by 21-year-old Rayna Johnson, ran a red light and crashed into a Jeep Cherokee near North Rosa Parks Way at Delaware Avenue, according to a news release.
