Motorcyclist dies in Northeast Portland crash
The crash happened at about 12:45 a.m. on Lloyd Boulevard near Northeast 8th Avenue. Police said two motorcyclists were riding westbound on Lloyd when the one in the lead crashed and hit the tree.

Simpson later identified Jonathan David Albee, 24, of Oregon City, as the motorcycle rider who died in the crash. His friend Anthony Michael Moore, 30, of Happy Valley, was riding near him at the time of the crash.
