State Police Cpl. Lance Schimp said investigators believe that the helicopter was hovering next to a power line, while workers tethered to the aircraft performed maintenance on the lines.

McKean County Coroner Mike Cahill on Monday identified two men killed in the crash: Shane Filkins, 23, of West Virginia and Michael Koon, 35, of South Carolina.
