Teen dies after hit-and-run crash in York County
The 16-year-old girl critically injured after a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning has died.
Abigail Osborn was a junior at Northeastern High School in Manchester and was recently named one of the Distinguished Young Women of York County, according to a York Daily Record report. She died at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Monday afternoon, following a crash early Sunday morning.

Hetrick said Osborn's parents said it was "not uncommon" for her to be out on the road jogging at night when she couldn't sleep. He said she ran cross country, and would sometimes go out for a run of an hour or so.
