I-83 lanes still closed due to 8-vehicle crash
The 8 a.m. crash involved two tractor trailers and six other vehicles on I-83 south near Exit 42. One of the tractor-trailers overturned, which was carrying dry concrete mix, Penny said. Crews are working to put it upright.
There are reported injuries, but Penny said he knows of no fatalities in the crash.
