Man charged with DWI, assault by auto after two-vehicle accident in Liberty Township

Fredric Fogle II, of the 200 block of Free Union Road, was charged with assault by automobile, driving while intoxicated and various traffic offenses after the Sunday afternoon wreck in Liberty Township. 
Fredric Fogle II was driving on Mountain Lake Road when the vehicle in front of him slowed down to make a left turn. Fogle attempted to pass but instead collided with the vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle he hit, 59-year-old Pauline Sheehan, suffered a head injury in the crash. Fogle was charged with DWI as well as assault by auto and other traffic charges.
