He was Justin Tyler Root, 21, of Lancaster, Manheim Borough police Sgt. Kristopher Keller said Monday.

A 21-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident early Sunday morning. Police were dispatched to the scene around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of Lebanon Road in Rapho Township, Lancaster County. According to police, the driver was found deceased several hundred feet from where the motorcycle came to rest. Police say the rider appeared to be wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
