Two women and two girls in one vehicle were critically injured when their vehicle struck two other vehicles and then hit a tree in the area of Brenneman Road and Main Street in Strasburg Township shortly after 8 a.m., Refton Fire Chief Wesley Hicks said.
Two men in another vehicle and a woman in a third vehicle all suffered minor injuries.
