Driver, 33, killed in head-on crash in Somerset County

A Somerset County man was killed Tuesday night in a two-vehicle crash, according to state police. Kenneth Rose, 33, of Somerset was driving on Water Level Road in Milford around 5:20 p.m. when, police said, he crossed the center line and hit an oncoming vehicle head-on. The driver of the other vehicle, Ronald Mort, 38, of Stoystown suffered serious injuries and was flown to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, according to state police.
