Hanover man dies in crash

State police say Heiser was wearing a seat belt, but died at the scene.

State Police: Speed played a role in fatal crash

State Police said a Hanover man was killed after crashing his speeding car.
22-year-old Jesse Allen Heiser died when his speeding vehicle struck and utility pole around 1:30 a.m. Sunday on Pine Grove Road in Union Township. After crashing into the pole, the vehicle hit a row of mailboxes, and then traveled an additional 400 feet before coming to a stop, just off the northbound lane of Pine Grove Road.
