Nelson D. Diaz, 33, killed in car crash into tractor trailer on Interstate 95 near Chester, PA

A 33-year-old man was killed when he crashed into a stopped truck on Interstate 95 in Delaware County late Thursday night. Pennsylvania State Police said the crash happened just before midnight on I-95 South near Exit 4 for Chester. Netsereab I. Yohannes, a 35-year-old from Alexandria, Va., had pulled his tractor-trailer off the road to inspect its braking system, police said. As he was about to resume driving, he was struck from behind by a 2010 Kia Soul that had veered out of its travel lane.
