Arrest made in deadly Hunting Park hit-and-run

Police have made an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Philadelphia's Hunting Park section.33-year-old Raymond Wands turned himself in Wednesday. Back on June 22nd , the victim - 55-year-old Julio Torres was struck while riding his bike in the 600 block of Erie Avenue.He later died from his injuries.Police say Wands was behind the wheel of a red pickup, driving under the influence, and fled the scene after the crash.He's charged with vehicular homicide, manslaughter and DUI.

VICTIM, TRUCK OWNER IDENTIFIED IN HUNTING PARK HIT-AND-RUN

Philadelphia police have identified the bicyclist struck by a hit-and-run driver in Hunting Park, and also the owner of the truck investigators believe hit him.
