Police locate vehicle involved in City Avenue hit-and-run
Police received numerous calls around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday to report a man lying on City Avenue at 54th Street. Witnesses tell police the striking vehicle, believed to be a red Lexus, was seen driving away eastbound.
