Two Lehigh County men are facing charges following a deadly crash that involved two stolen vehicles.
One dead, one injured in Berks Co. car collision
The minivan didn't turn at the curve on the ramp and collided with the Buick on the driver's side.
Trooper Beohm says the driver of the Buick was 56-year-old Keith Krammes of Schuylkill Haven.
