The county coroner ruled the death accidental after an autopsy. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the cause of the crash.

Authorities have found a 60-year-old David Charletta of West Newton dead amid his crashed ultralight helicopter, not far from Rostraver airport where he failed to return after taking off on Wednesday. The wreckage of the helicopter and the Charletta's body were found about 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 2nd.
