The man was driving north around 4:55 p.m. when he crossed the double-yellow line and hit a Peterbilt truck in the left southbound lane, police said.

Don Coast, 69 was ejected from his vehicle and died after crossing into the southbound lane of Route 65 and colliding head-on with a Peterbuilt semi truck and trailer. The driver of the truck was unharmed. Witnessess reported Coast weaving between lanes prior to the crash and he was not wearing a seatbelt.
