Five people hospitalized after school van and car crash head-on.

Pittsburgh police are investigating a crash that sent four high school students to the hospital.
Pittsburgh police are investigating a crash that sent four high school students to the hospital. It happened at Waterman Avenue and Hopeland in Carrick around 8 a.m. Thursday. We're told the students all suffered minor injuries and were taken to Children's Hospital to be evaluated. The school van driver also went to the hospital for minor injuries. The driver of the other car, Luke Milliron, had some cuts on his face but is doing okay. "Ears are ringing a little bit, head hurts a little bit. Besides that, I'm alright," Milliron said. Milliron says he just left home and was on his way to work when he crashed. "I was just coming down the hill, he was coming up. It was a split second. This is a bad bend. It was instant he was there," Milliron said. City of Pittsburgh police and firefighters helped the victims.
