Tractor-trailers involved in fiery, fatal crash on Route 22 in Indiana County
Authorities said a flatbed tractor-trailer was rear-ended by a tandem tractor-trailer, which then burst into flames. The crash happened in the area of Penn View Mountain.

A preliminary autopsy indicated Bonasso may have suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash, according to a release from the coroner.
