A fatal collision occurred on Windham Summit Road, near Grimley Road, in Litchfield Township just after 10 p.m. Howard Moore, 53, of Athens, lost control of his Ford Ranger and veered into the opposite lane, where he was struck by an oncoming vehicle driven by Roland Williams, 59, of Rome, Pennsylvania. Both men were killed in the collision.
