Interstate 80 East traffic backs up at the Tannersville interchange after a fatal accident Tuesday morning between there and the Route 33 interchange.

He says the driver drove head-on into a semi-tractor trailer rig, and was ejected from his vehicle. Two other vehicles then collided with the tangled truck and vehicle.
The identity of the man, has not been released yet, however the coroner says he was a New Jersey resident.

The coroner has identified him as William Novak Jr., 68, of Keasby, New Jersey. His cause of death has been ruled multiple blunt force trauma, however the coroner was unable to determine a manner of death.
