Sandra Caicedo, 64, no known address, was a passenger in a van when a pickup truck traveling the wrong direction hit them, killing her, Susquehanna County Coroner Anthony Conarton said.
Her sister-in-law, Clemencia Caicedo, 56, of Guayaquil, Ecuador, also died.
