Police identify Allentown man hurt in fatal Lehigh Township crash

Police Chief Scott Fogel said authorities were withholding the name of the deceased person until family had been notified. A 2001 Chevrolet pickup truck owned by Advanced Disposal Services, driven by Jonathan Boger, struck a 1993 maroon Subaru Outback at 12:45 p.m. on Lehigh Drive (Route 248) between Cashew and Blue Mountain Drive, Fogel said.

Police: Fatal two-vehicle crash in Lehigh Township

There are two vehicles involved in the crash and an off-duty police officer at the scene said one person died, according to police radio reports.
Jonathan Boger was driving a pickup truck owned by Advanced Disposal Services when he reportedly struck another vehicle on Lehigh Drive (Route 248). He was transported to a local medical center with undisclosed injuries. Authorities are still unsure what caused the accident and are still investigating. More information will be posted as it is released. One person has reportedly died, and their identity has not yet been released.
