Man charged after woman killed in Ulster crash

Miller was unable to post bail and was sent to the Bradford County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing for Miller will be held on Wednesday.

N.J. man charged in crash that killed female passenger

Miller was later taken into custody at a nearby home where he was staying. He is charged with accidents involving death, a second-degree felony. Miler was held on $50,000 bail and is due in court Wednesday in Bradford County, WNEP.com reported.
An Ulster woman was killed and a New Jersey man arrested after a collision on Thursday evening in Bradford County. Amanda Ruth Barlow, 53, died when she was partially ejected from a Ford Ranger being driven by Martin William Miller, 43. Miller was southbound on Cash Creek Road in Ulster Township around 10:45 p.m., when he lost control of the truck which struck an embankment and overturned. Barlow was pronounced deceased at the site. Miller is charged with accidents involving death or personal injury. Bail was set at $50,000.
