Two Cumberland residents dead after I-95 crash
The victims from Cumberland were a 34-year-old woman and her 27-year-old brother. There names are not yet being released. The driver, the brother's wive, also went to the hospital with injuries.

At this time, it does not appear alcohol or speed were factors in the crash. Police said the crash appears to be a “freak accident,” but officials are still investigating.

Police on Sunday identified the two people who died in a car crash on Interstate 95 Saturday afternoon.Derrick T. Joslyn, 28, of Cumberland, and Tiffany Joslyn, 33, of Arlington, Va. were killed after a blue Toyota attempting to change lanes struck the silver Toyota they were traveling in, Rhode Island State Police said.
