Two vehicles were involved. Both the driver and lone passenger of one of the vehicles survived with no injuries.
The second vehicle involved in the crash was carrying four passengers at the time of impact, three of which have died.

Officers say 74-year old Larry Runyon was driving a 2002 Winnebago north on US 301 when a person driving a 2015 Hyundai pulled onto US 301 from SC 3.
