According to Lance Corporal David Jones with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the driver of a Ford F-150 was traveling on Storm Branch Road, came upon the intersection at SC 302, crossed over SC 302, and struck a tree.
Father dead, son injured in Aiken single car crash
The 69-year-old Bath, South Carolina resident was pronounced dead on the scene. His son, the passenger was taken to Augusta University Medical Center.
