Driver charged with felony DUI in fatal wreck in North Charleston
The Charleston County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Jimmy Jones, 79, of Summerville. Jones died at the scene from blunt force trauma to the chest, Deputy Coroner Brittney Martin said.
