30-year-old man dies after colliding with a logging truck

A Rock Hill man has died after his car collided with a logging truck on a bridge over the Catawba River. York County Coroner Sabrina Gast says 30-year-old Brian Stokes died from his injuries Friday at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Gary Miller says his car drifted over the center line and struck the tractor trailer head-on. Stokes was taken to the hospital by helicopter.
