Medical helicopter called to scene of head-on crash in Lancaster

Officials have not released much information, but firefighters said that at least one medical helicopter was called to the scene. Both vehicles appeared to have suffered major damage. At least one person was injured in a bad vehicle accident in Lancaster Wednesday, according to firefighters. From WBTV's Sky 3, it appeared the wreck involved two vehicles that struck each other head-on. Investigators have not said what may have led to the collision, or if any charges are being filed.
