Andy Anderson, 29, killed in car accident with tractor-trailer at Highway 178 and Fairview Road in Lexington County, SC

SC Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash at approximately 4:30 December 31 at the intersection of Highway 178 and Fairview Road. A Honda heading north on Fairview Road ran a stop sign and was hit by a tractor-trailer traveling on Highway 178. The driver of the Honda was pronounced deceased at the crash site.  The victim is identified as Andy Anderson, 29, of Monetta, South Carolina. The accident is currently under investigation.
