One dead and 2 kids injured after collision in Lexington
Troopers said a driver going east on Corley Mill Road went off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. The driver died at the scene of the collision, however, two children who were also in the car were transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.

Lexington County Coroner identified the deceased driver as Kathryn Ellison of Leesville, SC.
