Man charged with felony DUI after fatal crash

Torres has been charged with hit and run involving death, hit and run attended vehicle with injury, failure to give information and render aid habitual offender; third offense,  no driver's license, driving under suspension; second offense and failure to report an accident involving death.

One dead after fatal DUI collision

Torres was arrested a short time later at the Willow Oak mobile home park. He was transported to Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
A man has been charged with felony DUI involving death and multiple other crimes after he caused a fatal collision in Columbia Saturday night.Arthuro Rios Torres, 30, was driving on Percival Road when he collided with a vehicle, shoving it into oncoming traffic. The driver of third vehicle, 61-year-old Roxina Howell Mack, died at the crash site. Torres left the scene but was arrested at a nearby mobile home park.
