Passenger killed in Orangeburg County crash

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the passenger in a vehicle died in a crash early Tuesday morning near Eutawville. Troopers say the victim was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from a Jeep when it overturned off Highway 6. The Jeep's driver, a 44-year-old woman from Pineville, was taken to the hospital in Orangeburg with injuries that are described as "serious." The crash occurred just before 1:30 Tuesday morning when the Jeep ran off the right side of the road, hit a ditch and flipped. The Orangeburg County Coroner has not yet released the victim's name.

this driver has been charged with DUI resulting in death. She left The Monkey Bar after drinking and went to Fish Tales and drank some more. Will the bartenders or owners be charged also. What about their liquor licenses?
