Bond denied for suspect in fatal YMCA Road hit-and-run
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a tip led to the arrest of Kyle Roach in connection with the fatal hit and run that occurred on YMCA Road near Ruff Acres Lane in Lexington.
