Coroner called to deadly crash in Duncan

The coroner was called to the crash on SC 290 (Photo Courtesy: Cesar Marquez) The Spartanburg County coroner is investigating a deadly head-on crash on Highway 290 Friday morning. Troopers said the crash occurred just after 6 a.m. near Howell Road in the Duncan area. No other details were immediately available.
