Coroner identifies pedestrian struck by car after midnight

The identity of a man struck by a car in Spartanburg just after 1 a.m. Sunday has been released.
Robert Earl Reid was walking on Southport Road just after 1 a.m. when he was struck by Dennis Trammell's Toyota and killed. Trammell was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the crash. This accident is still under investigation.
